My journey in custom molding began at the ground level, developing my skills through hands-on work and company-sponsored education, eventually holding roles from toolroom manager to global tooling engineer. Over the years, I’ve gained experience working on projects with leading moldmakers and manufacturers across North America, Europe, and Asia—each location offering unique challenges and lifelong connections.

From the Black Forest and Aachen, to Michigan, Wisconsin, California and beyond, these diverse experiences have fueled my passion for both the craft and the people in this industry.
